This is a sales position where the selected candidate will have the direct responsibility to generate leads turning them into new long and lasting business relationships. As an Insurance Account Representative, your knowledge of insurance products, your communication skills and your ability to identify customer's needs will put you on the path to success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, identify customer needs, schedule and hold sales presentation appointments, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure all client's insurance and financial needs are met elevating the customer relationship with the Julia Johnson Agency Team and State Farm.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Washington State Property and Casualty Insurance License - must already have or be capable to pass test and obtain license within first 30 days from employment
- Washington Life and Health Insurance License - must already have or be capable to pass test and obtain license when recommended
- Experienced in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative) with a track record
- Experienced in sales of insurance or financial services with a track record
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a diverse group of people
- Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred
- Base salary plus commissions
